COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Skillet (Preferred Method): Start by removing sauce packet, thaw under running water and set aside. Microwave rice pouch on high for 4 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute and set aside. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of sesame or vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet. Add chicken and vegetables and stir-fry for 6-7 minutes. Add sauce and stir for 1 minute until hot. Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment, so modify the time as needed.

Microwave: Remove sauce packet. Thaw under running water. Set aside. Microwave rice pouch on high for 3 minutes. Set aside. Place chicken and vegetables in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high power for 7 minutes. Add sauce, stir to blend ingredients, and microwave on high power for 4-5 minutes. Stir and blend ingredients. Carefully open rice pouch and spread rice on a plate and top with chicken and vegetable mixture.

Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment so modify the time as needed. Cook thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 71 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
