Remove bisqueroux packet from bag. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a 3 quart of larger pot over medium/high heat. Pour vegetables and shrimp from bag into pot and sauté for 4 minutes. Pour 3 ½ cups of water (or for a richer, creamier bisque, add heavy cream or half and half) into the pot and whisk in the bisque roux seasoning slowly, making sure to mix the roux completely without lumps. Bring bisque to a slow boil, then reduce heat and let sit for 3 minutes. Stir and serve immediately.
