SHRIMP CASHEW KORMA

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Stove Top (Preferred Method):.Pre heat pan on medium-low heat. Place korma sauce with shrimp into the pan and cover the pan for 3-4 minutes. Uncover the pan and stir the frozen shrimp for 2-3 minutes until sauce is liquefied and simmering. Do not over boil. Fully cooked shrimp will have an opaque white meat.

Microwave: Place the korma sauce with shrimp in a microwave safe dish, coverand microwave on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Open and stir the contents to blend the ingredients. Cover and microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Serving suggestion: Serve hot over a bed of rice or with some warm Indian breads
