SHRIMP CREOLE

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Skillet: Remove creole sauce packet from bag and thaw in microwave for 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium/high heat. Pour vegetables, rice, and shrimp from bag into skillet and saute for 4 minutes. Pour creole sauce over entire mixture, stir and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. Stir all ingredients completely making sure dinner is piping hot and shrimp are pink in appearance. Remove from heat, serve immediately.

 

Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment so modify the time as needed. Cook thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 71 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
