Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Skillet: Remove creole spice seasoning from retail bag. Add 2 tablespoons of butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium/high heat. Pour vegetables, sausage, shrimp, rice from bag into skillet and saute for 4 ½ minutes. Sprinkle creole seasoning over entire mixture, mix thoroughly, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until all ingredients are piping hot and shrimp are pink in appearance. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat, serve immediately.

 

Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment so modify the time as needed. Cook thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 71 degrees Celsius or 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
