Using Tastee Choice Jumbo Popcorn Shrimp


1 Package Tastee Choice Jumbo Popcorn Shrimp
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles or relish
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 French Baguette
3 cups Shredded Lettuce
1 Tomato Sliced ½ Red onion thinly sliced


In a small bowl, combine all the remoulade sauce ingredients – mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, pickles or relish, minced garlic, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Taste and adjust the spice level to your preference by adding more hot sauce or Cajun seasoning if desired. Refrigerate the sauce while you prepare the shrimp.

Bake or air-fry the shrimp according to the instructions on the packaging until they are crispy and golden brown. Set aside

Slice the French bread or baguette into sandwich-sized pieces. You can lightly toast the bread if you prefer.

Spread a generous amount of the prepared remoulade sauce on both sides of the bread.

Layer the bottom half of the bread with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and dill pickles. Add thinly sliced red onion if desired.

Place the crispy fried shrimp on top of the vegetable layer. 

Drizzle more of the remoulade sauce on top.

Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread, pressing down gently to secure everything in place.
